At BTB Fitness our goal is to provide our members with the best coaching and training we can. By incorporating weight lifting, gymnastics, and endurance we help prepare our members for whatever life throws at them.  Whether you’re in the military, a firefighter, teacher, stay at home mom or grandparent, or just want to make basic physical task easier. Our programming along with our coaching staff will get you to the level of fitness you do not think was possible at any age.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design broad, general, and inclusive.  Our specialty is not specializing. CrossFit is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of your experience, age, or fitness level. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

At BTB Fitness we believe in the classic CrossFit approach of increasing your physical capabilities by improving your overall health. By avoiding specialization, our balance of strength and stamina produces the most well rounded athletes around. Whether your goal is to compete in CrossFit, train for a specialized sport, or simply improve health, BTB Fitness will get you to your goal!
