BTB Buckhead:
– Don’t forget this Sunday 10/11 all classes are canceled. BTB is hosting a CrossFit seminar.
– PLEASE do not park behind the Atlanta Dental Spa.  They put up a NO CrossFit parking sign today.  We will be chatting with them this week about this.

10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
15 Wall Balls (20, 14)
20 Kettlebell Swings (53, 35)
25 Ab-Mat Situps.
30 Double-unders

Notes:
Modify Chest to Bar with standard pull ups or ring rows.
