We have a staff of personal trainers that are excited to help you reach your fitness goals. All of our coaches have experience training others in group settings but also enjoy working one on one with individuals to help them achieve their goals.

All of our coaches take pride in helping members by:

  • Knowing the human anatomy and the basic concepts of exercise and nutrition.
  • Getting to know your fitness background and current levels of fitness to create a workout and nutrition plan that best suits you.
  • Having the ability to take the appropriate measurements to help take the right steps in setting fitness goals.
  • Having the desire to motivate each and every member they serve to reach personal fitness goals.
  • Maintaining their personal integrity and the integrity of BTB Fitness.

All of our personal trainers deliver the best methods to provide all members with safe, educational and exciting sessions that will help them reach their goals at their own pace. If you have never had a personal trainer before, there is no need to worry or be nervous. We accept members of all fitness levels.
