Open Gym/Strength and Skills

This is a self-directed hour or two for you to get in an extra workout, work on getting stronger, specific skills, or on your mobility. A BTB coach is on-hand to coach informally, offer workout advice, or assist with skills.

This class is free for all current BTB members. Open gym is on Sundays from 10-12 at Poncey and 11-12 at the Buckhead location.
