Haworth Weightlifting Barbell Club is a space for all people who are interested in Olympic weightlifting training. If your goal is to compete, supplement your current training or just to get stronger, barbell club is available eight sessions per week and can be customized to suit your individual needs. Haworth also does personal training for individuals and small groups.

Haworth Weightlifting programming will follow traditional strength cycles which will begin and end depending on competition dates on the USA Weightlifting calendar. If you’re training for another event, these programs can easily be adjusted to accommodate (CrossFit events, powerlifting competitions, triathlons, etc). Haworth’s philosophy about programming stems directly from her experience as 3-time Olympian and is very similar to the way she trained during her career. Her emphasis on injury prevention also includes the appropriate amount of core and supplementary exercises which weightlifters need to stay competitive and injury-free.

Monday: 11:30 am-1:30pm & 6-8 pm
Tuesday: 6-8 pm
Wednesday: 11:30 am-1:30 pm & 6-8 pm
Thursday: 6-8 pm
Friday: 11:30 am-1:30 pm
Saturday: 10 am-1 pm
Sunday: Off
