Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design broad, general, and inclusive.  Our specialty is not specializing. CrossFit is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of your experience, age, or fitness level. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.


Based on the CrossFit Endurance (CFE) protocol, we contend that the best way to train for an endurance sport is to limit an athlete’s exposure to long, slow, distance training while focusing on short, intense anaerobic workouts; therefore enabling the athlete to remain functionally competent in other areas of fitness and excel in the endurance sport of choice.


The BTB KettleBell Conditioning Class is a fun yet challenging alternative approach to the general CrossFit workout, utilizing varied movements centered around the use of Kettlebells. Using our team’s combined knowledge of various protocols and methods, this class is designed as a total body workout. The kettlebell is known for its ability to Increase strength, cardiovascular conditioning and lean body mass.

Personal Training

We have a staff of personal trainers that are excited to help you reach your fitness goals. All of our coaches have experience training others in group settings but also enjoy working one on one with individuals to help them achieve their goals.
