“Summer Re-Boot Camp”

Need a break from lifting heavy? Want to build your endurance? Well for the month of June we will be focusing on good ole’ fashioned CARDIO! Starting June 1st on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm at the Buckhead location, coach Nikki will be running a Summer Bootcamp for 4 weeks! Class will be capped at 12 people, so sign up on Front Desk and get your lungs ready for some fun!

$75 for BTB members and $105 for none members. If your interested in signing up for the summer re-boot camp please reach out to info@btbfitness.com. Please keep in mind your current membership will stay active.

Memorial Day Murph

BTB Fitness:
Annual Memorial Day Murph WOD
Monday May 25th, 2015
In observance of Memorial Day,both BTB locations will be closed on Monday, May 25th.
However, Ponce will open at 8:30 am for our annual Memorial Day Murph WOD, as we honor those who have given their lives for our country.

The WOD will start at 9:30 am sharp. If you happen to show up late, don’t worry. You can warm up and jump right in. The WOD is scalable if you are new to CrossFit, or if you need to lighten the workload. You are welcome to partner up, do the mile runs together and split up the movements. Everyone is welcome! Please stick around after the WOD for a few cold beverages and to make the short walk over to the Highlands for brunch.

Please remember, Ponce will only be open for Murph. There will not be Open Gym offered during this time.

May 25th Memorial Day Murph Schedule:
8:30 am: Gym Opens, Warm Up!
9:15 am: Review Movements
9:30 am: Murph
11:00 am: Gym Closes
